ATRON electronic GmbH attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and collects, processes and uses your personal data exclusively in accordance with the principles described in the following in compliance with the data protection law.

Visting our website

Using our website is generally possible without specifying personal data. If personal data is collected on our website (e. g. name and contact data), it happens on a voluntary basis initiated by you as the user. The processing and use of your data collected here depends on the purpose of the collection.

If necessary for appropriately handling your user inquiry, the collected data may be forwarded within the ATRON Group (https://www.atron.com/contact.html). We never forward your data to third parties outside of the ATRON Group without your explicit consent.

When visiting our website, your access is temporarily stored on our server by a log file. Without any action on your part, the following data is recorded and stored by us until deleted automatically:

• The date and time of your access
• The name and the URL of the requested file
• The website from which the access was initiated
• The operating system of your computer and the browser you used
• The name of your Internet Access Provider

This data is only collected, processed and used for the connection set-up, for system security and system stability, for the technical administration of the network infrastructure, for the optimisation of our Internet offer, as well as for internal statistical purposes. The IP address is only evaluated in case of attacks on our network infrastructure for statistical purposes. After six (6) months at the latest, the data is deleted.

Furthermore, we use the web analytics service "Google Analytics" for visits to our website, see below for further information.

Registration for our newsletter

When registering for our newsletter, we require an email, as well as further information, which makes it possible for us to verify that you are the owner of the provided email address and agree to receiving the newsletter.

In order to be able to ensure that the newsletter is sent consensually, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure, through which you add yourself as a potential newsletter recipient to an email distributor. Your legally secure registration is confirmed with a confirmation email. Your email address is only actively added to the distributor if you make this confirmation. The data collected and processed here is exclusively used for sending the requested information and offers.

You can unsubscribe at any time, either through the link in the newsletter or per email to marketing@atron.de.

If you agreed to receiving the newsletter, we will use your personal data to send you our newsletter and / or mailings based on art. 6, paragraph 1 lit A GDRP on a regular basis. Your information besides the email address is only used to personalise the newsletter.

You can withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time either per the link in the newsletter or per email to vertrieb@atron.de. With the withdrawal, your data for sending the newsletter and / or mailings is deleted. This means that your data is only saved for the duration of the newsletter subscription, unless you agreed to us saving your data based on a business contact or unless this is necessary for the business contact.

You can always request information about your personal data that is saved. Please contact our Data Protection Supervisor via datenschutz@atron.de.

For our newsletter and mailings distribution, we use the services of CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr.43, 26180 Rastede (www.cleverreach.com/de/). Your data is sent to CleverReach. CleverReach is prohibited to sell your provided data and to use it for purposes other than the distribution of our newsletters and mailings. CleverReach meets the requirements of the EU-GDRP and was therefore selected by us.

Use of contact forms

You can directly contact us via the contact forms provided on our website. We only collect, process and use the information in the contact form to process your specific matter.

By sending your inquiry, you agree to us using your provided information to process your inquiry or your contact (based on art. 6, paragraph 1 lit A GDRP). If needed to process your inquiry, we can forward your information and data to the companies of ATRON Group (https://www.atron.com/contact.html). Your provided consent also refers to these companies. We generally do not forward your information to third parties, unless valid data protection regulations justify this or we are required by law.

Your information besides the email address is only used to personalise the response to your inquiry. You can withdraw your consent to save, process and use your data at any time with future effects by sending an email to vertrieb@atron.de. In case of a withdrawal, your data will be deleted based on the use of the contact form, unless they were previously deleted because the processing of your inquiry was completed and the need to save became obsolete.

You can always request information about your personal data that is saved. Please contact our Data Protection Supervisor via datenschutz@atron.de.

Contact as an applicant

The applicant data you provide us is exclusively brought to the attention of persons immediately involved in the decisionmaking process of your application.

In case we do not enter into an employment relationship, your data will be deleted after six (6) months. Should you have further questions regarding the application process, you can contact us via karriere@atron.com at any time.

Forwarding your data to third parties

If necessary for your request, we will forward the data collected on you to other companies of the ATRON Group (https://www.atron.com/contact.html). Your consent to collect, save and use your data also refers to these companies.

If you do not agree to us forwarding your data to companies of the ATRON Group, please contact us immediately (vertrieb@atron.de).

Your data is not forwarded to other third parties. The only exeptions are if it becomes necessary to enforce our rights or if we are legally obliged to forward the data.

Cookies

We also use cookies to make your visit to our website more simple, more convenient and more appropriate.

Cookies are alpha-numerical information files, which your web browser saves on the hard drive of our computer when visiting our website. Cookies do not damage the hard drive, nor do they forward personal data to us. We use so-called session cookies in order to be able to identify you as a user of our website. Session cookies are temporary and are automatically deleted when leaving our website. Website analysis with Matomo

We use the Matomo tool to design our website in line with requirements. It is a so-called web analysis service. In order to record and analyze the use of our website, usage information is transmitted to our server at the IT service center of the Free State of Bavaria and stored for analysis purposes. During this process, your IP address will only be processed in abbreviated form and thereby anonymized. If you want to prevent processing for analysis purposes, you can object at any time with a mouse click. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie is stored in your browser without usage data, which means that Matomo does not collect any session data.
