ATRON presents the autonomic logbook RX
With the autonomic logbook RX, ATRON brings the first fully automated logbook for public transport to the market. The manual keeping of logbooks and lists is a thing of the past.
For transport companies, the generation of audit-proof data for the tax office or for customs inspection is of great importance.
The associated and legally required keeping of logbooks generates a great deal of efforts for transport companies. Numerous process steps from creation to preparation and archiving of data are highly error-prone.
The new autonomic Logbook RX from ATRON now provides a remedy. It automatically records all tours, including the distinction between tax-privileged and other tours - completely, correctly and audit-proof. Applications for tax relief or settlement with subcontractors can be created "at the push of a button“. Tank data is automatically transferred from the tank system for consumption monitoring. Drivers only need to identify themselves with their system card or their personal PIN on the on-board computer. The software takes care of the rest.

DB Regio Bus starts pilot project in regular operation
In November 2020, the DB Regio Bus Mitte GmbH starts a technical pilot project in the Mainz region together with ATRON. The autonomic logbook RX will be put to the acid test in four vehicles, which have been specially converted for this purpose, during regular operations.

Christopher Rohr, product manager and head of the pilot project at ATRON, is also confident. "The autonomic logbook RX brings our customers real added value. We are looking forward to the pilot project with DB Regio Bus and are convinced that the test operation will confirm the advantages of the new innovative method".
